2 leaves of crisp lettuce, washed and drained
1/2 cup of canned cucumber slices

Spread a thin layer of light butter on both halves of the bun
Heat a pan or griddle and toast them lightly
Meanwhile, grill the peruvian-style ham
To assemble the sandwich, spread the cream cheese on one half of the bun, add the peruvian-style ham, lettuce, and cucumber slices
Close the sandwich with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
