Chop the Picanha, Bacon, and Onion
Mix well and add Parmesan Cheese, Salt, and Black Pepper
Shape into burgers
Cook in a pan until almost done
When almost cooked, top with slices of Cheddar Cheese and let melt
Remove and serve on a bun.
