2 cups (chopped) of tofu

1 Hydrate the tofu and wheat for quiche according to the packaging instructions
2 In a bowl, combine the hydrated tofu and wheat, egg, onion, garlic, flour, salt, olives, paprika, and parsley
Mix well to obtain a uniform batter
3 Separate portions of the batter and shape into patties, pressing gently
4 Fry the patties in hot oil and drain.
