Place the still-wet spinach leaves in a pot
Cover and cook over low heat until tender
Drain and let cool
Squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach and chop finely
In a bowl, combine the spinach, tofu, garlic, soy sauce, and flour
Season with salt and mix well
Shape into 1/4 cup portions
Grease a non-stick pan with olive oil and heat over low heat
Cook the burgers in batches, flipping until golden brown on both sides
