1 cup of whole wheat breadcrumbs
1 cup of cooked green beans, finely chopped
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and coarsely mashed
2 eggs
1 medium-sized zucchini, finely chopped
For brushing: Olive oil
Optional ingredient: None
Cutting tool with an 8 cm diameter

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients well
Divide into eight portions
Brush a flat surface and cutting tool with olive oil
Place one portion of the mixture onto the cutting tool and press
Remove the hamburger and reserve
Repeat the procedure with the remaining portions
Heat a large skillet or frying pan over high heat
Lightly brush it with olive oil and reduce the heat to medium
Fry the hamburgers for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown
Place in a serving dish and serve.
