4 ripe tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 green bell pepper
2 red onions
1/2 cup of finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh dill
1 cup of Greek olives
200g of feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing
1/2 cup of olive oil (120ml)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into slices
Remove the seeds from the green bell pepper and cut it into strips lengthwise
Slice the red onion into thin rounds and in a salad bowl, combine all ingredients
Season with the dressing ingredients.
