1 liter of water
2 scoops of skimmed milk powder, instant
3 tablespoons (of soup) of natural sour cream at room temperature
1 liter of water
2 scoops of skimmed milk powder, instant
3 tablespoons (of soup) of natural sour cream at room temperature
Place the water in a pot
Bring to a simmer
Add the skimmed milk and whisk until dissolved
In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream until smooth
Add 1/3 cup of powdered milk
Whisk well and add back to the pot with the remaining milk
Mix well
Pour into a container and seal tightly
Let it rest for 3 hours in a cool place and proceed exactly as described for the previous recipe.
