Cut the meat into small slices 1 cm thick and finely chopped
Add all seasonings and wine, and fry in a skillet
Add the beef extract dissolved and continue frying until the onion is well browned
Add the heavy cream and fry for another 5 minutes
Remove from heat and serve immediately
Serve with spinach and small noodles.
