Ingredients: 1/2 kg of tender mignon fillet; onion, oregano, thyme, salt; 1 cup of Marsala wine; 1/2 teaspoon of beef extract dissolved in a little water; 2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Ingredients

Directions

Cut the meat into small slices 1 cm thick and finely chopped

Add all seasonings and wine, and fry in a skillet

Add the beef extract dissolved and continue frying until the onion is well browned

Add the heavy cream and fry for another 5 minutes

Remove from heat and serve immediately

Serve with spinach and small noodles.
