Green Sauce

Cook the meat with water, salt, pepper, and garlic until it becomes tender
At the end of cooking, there should still be about 1 cup of broth left
All the ingredients for the green sauce should be placed in a pot, along with the remaining broth, and simmered slowly until it reaches boiling point, stirring occasionally
Slice the meat into thick pieces and arrange on a platter
Cover with a little bit of green sauce and serve the rest separately
