Cut the lobster tail in half and remove the innards
Rinse quickly under cold water and place in a refrigerator dish
Season with salt
In a small pan, melt the butter along with parsley and pour over the lobster
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a hot oven (220°C) for approximately 30 minutes
Serve immediately
