1 cup of lobster shell fragments, crust removed

1 large lobster tail
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Cut the lobster in half lengthwise, reserving one half for later use
Set aside
Place the lobster shell fragments in a baking dish, put it in the oven and let it toast until golden brown
Remove from the oven and keep it warm
Mix the lobster with melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste
Cover the entire lobster tail with the mixture, pressing firmly to form a thin layer
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, then serve.
