Cut the lobster in half lengthwise, leaving the shell intact
Set aside
Place the breadcrumbs in a baking dish and put it in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) until golden brown
Mix with the melted butter and season with salt and black pepper
Cover the entire meat with breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to form a thin layer
Bake for 25 minutes
Serve immediately.
