Ingredients for 6 people
2 whole lobsters
1 cup dry white wine
1 chopped onion
1 chopped carrot
1 package of gravatinha pasta
2 oranges
1 red onion, chopped
1 piece of fresh ginger, grated
1 mashed garlic clove
1 tablespoon of brandy
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 hand of chopped cilantro
3 cayenne pepper pinches
Salt and black pepper to taste
Ingredients for 6 people

Salt and black pepper to taste
Dunk the lobsters in a boiling salted water pan for 3 minutes
Remove them and reserve the water
Cut off the lobster heads, split them open, and remove the innards
Place the heads in the boiling water with white wine, carrot, and onion
When the water comes to a boil again, add the lobsters and cook for 15 minutes
Remove the lobsters and cut them into bite-sized pieces without removing the shells
In one skillet, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and caramelize the red onion, garlic, and ginger
Add the cayenne pepper, orange zest, and juice of one orange
Season with salt and black pepper. Reserve
In another skillet, pan-fry the lobster pieces in hot oil
Douse with brandy and let it flambe
Remove the shells from the lobster pieces and place them in a baking dish with the orange sauce, off the heat
Cook the pasta, drain, arrange in a serving dish, and drizzle with olive oil
Pile on the lobsters and orange sauce
Garnish with cilantro and remaining orange segments
Mix carefully
Add ground black pepper at the last minute and serve immediately.
