50g of pistachios without shells
125g of sugar

Place the almonds and pistachios on a baking sheet and bake until lightly toasted
Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer at 30°C
Add the almonds, pistache, and stir for a few minutes
Transfer the mixture to a bowl
Add the golden raisins, pistachios, and finally, melted chocolate
Stir well
Scoop small portions onto a tray and refrigerate until set
Finally, drizzle with gold dust.
