1 cup of yogurt

Peel the oranges
Remove all the white membranes and divide into slices
The oranges should be well chilled
Arrange the slices in individual compote dishes
Melt the orange gelatin in a water bath
Distribute evenly over the oranges
Garnish with yogurt
Serve 6 to 8 portions.
