Make the sauce this way: In a pan, heat the olive oil and butter
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown
Add the tomato puree, tomato extract, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, and rosemary
Simmer for 15 minutes
Remove the rosemary sprig
Prepare the lasagna: In a pot, bring the water to a boil
Add the salt and olive oil
Gradually add the lasagna noodle and ensure the water continues boiling
Cook without covering until the noodle is al dente, stirring occasionally
Drain
Rinse with cold water
Drain again
Grease a refractory mold, arrange half of the lasagna at the bottom of the mold
Sprinkle 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
Cover with the remaining noodle mixture
Spread the sauce evenly over the lasagna
Arrange slices or strips of ham and green pepper on top, and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese
Cover tightly
When serving, place the lasagna in the oven for 25 minutes until hot and the cheese is melted.
