Mix the ground beef, onion, salt, black pepper, parsley, and egg
Form meatballs about 2 cm in diameter
Place the meatballs in the perforated part of a steamer pot and top with tomatoes and onions
In the bottom of the steamer pot, place the pasta with enough water to cover it, but not touch the perforated part
Close the steam pot
Cook for 5 minutes after the steam starts coming out
Open the steam pot
Remove the meatballs from the beef
Blend the tomato and onion in a blender and season to taste
Arrange the pasta on a platter
Top with meatballs and finally cover with the sauce
Serve three times.
