Mash the garlic, salt, and cilantro together until you get a homogeneous mixture
Place this mixture in a pan with olive oil
In boiling water, prepare the four poached eggs
Remove the eggs from the water
Add the water to the bowl with the olive oil, garlic, and bread crumbs

Add slices of bread and serve immediately, accompanied by the poached eggs, which can be served separately and in the soup.
