Slice the eggplant with skin into longitudinal pieces and cook in water and salt for approximately four minutes. Reserve

Sauté the chopped onion in water, then add the ground beef, tomato puree, salt, and let it simmer
Finally, add the green olive and oregano

Layer a baking dish with alternating layers of beef sauce, eggplant, beef sauce, and Minas cheese, finishing with a layer of cheese
