4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme

Preheat the oven to 180° (moderate)
Mix all ingredients together
Place in a English muffin tin, greased and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown
Serve hot or cold
