2 medium carrots, sliced into strips
2 cups of green beans, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
2 cups of broccoli florets
2 tablespoons of cold water
1 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
1 medium onion, sliced into fine rings
1 cup of zucchini, cut into slices

Cook the carrots and green beans in salted water, covered, for 3 minutes
Add the broccoli
Cover and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Drain well
Mix the cornstarch with cold water in a small bowl
Add the soy sauce and to taste. Reserve
Heat the oil in a large skillet
Add the onion and sauté for 1 minute
Add the carrot, green bean, broccoli, and zucchini
Cook for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Add the soy sauce mixture and cook, stirring until it simmers
Serve immediately.
