3 medium carrots (200g), washed, peeled and thinly sliced

1/3 cup of grated cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

Microwave the carrots and green beans until tender
Cook in a high-pressure pot for 15 minutes
Mix well the milk, eggs, flour, and cheese
Season with salt and black pepper
In a medium-sized bowl, arrange a layer of carrots and bathe it with some of the egg mixture
Make another layer of green beans and bathe it with more of the egg mixture
Repeat the operation
Wrap and microwave in high-pressure pot for 15 minutes
Serve alongside poultry or meat.
