100 g of crispy bacon, crumbled
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of salt, cut into slices
2 tablespoons of prepared root beer
2 tablespoons of milk
300 g of cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
250 g of cheddar cheese, cut into 0.5 cm cubes
4 large tomatoes
1 small piece of lettuce, shredded

Reserve 2 tablespoons of the crumbled bacon for garnish
In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the bacon, mayonnaise, salt, root beer, and milk
Add in the chicken and cheese and stir carefully
With a sharp knife, cut each tomato into 6 slices, leaving the bases intact
Separate the slices slightly and fill the tomatoes with the chicken salad mixture, topping with the reserved bacon
Line 4 plates with shredded lettuce, place a stuffed tomato on each plate, and serve as an appetizer or main course in a sandwich
