Cut the tomatoes into 1/2 cm thick slices
Gently grill the bell peppers, remove seeds, and cut into strips lengthwise
In a refractory form, drizzle a little olive oil
Layer a tomato slice, sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and marjoram, then add a layer of bell pepper strips, alternating until the end with tomato slices
Dampen with a little olive oil
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and capers
Place in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) and bake for about 20 minutes
Let it cool and refrigerate
Serve well chilled in the same form
