Cut the angelica stalks into small pieces

Ensure the jar is tightly sealed
Expose to sunlight whenever possible
Add sugar dissolved in a little water
Strain through fine cotton cloth or muslin, squeezing
Let it rest for a few hours
Then filter using paper filters, and you'll get the liqueur
Transfer to small jars, seal with rings and store.
