Wash the Jenipaos, peel and cut them into small pieces
Then, place them in a 1-liter container with Vodka for infusion for 15 days
Strain the mixture
Prepare a simple syrup from the sugar, while it's still hot, pour it over the Jenipapo liqueur
Mix well and let it cool down in an enamel-coated pan
Bottle and let it age for at least 1 month or 2 to clarify in cheesecloth, then again for 2 months to refine on a coffee filter.
