Blend in a blender 2 pounds of assorted red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, and cherries), cinnamon to taste, and 1 cup of sugar, while gradually adding 1 bottle of red wine
A Beaujolais would be ideal, but a good national example won't hurt
Add 1 cup of cassis liqueur
Once everything is well blended, divide the soup into shallow dishes and garnish with mint leaves.
