1 piece of cassava with skin removed (just remove the cores)
1/3 cup of water
sweetener to taste, replacing sugar

Mix the cassava and water in a blender and blend for no more than 1/2 minute
Pour into a pot
Cover and let boil
Cook for 2 minutes
Let cool slightly, then sweeten to taste with sweetener
Serve in 1/2 cup portions; 1 serving each
