1 pineapple cored and cut into cubes
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of honey (or culinary sweetener to taste)
1 mango cored and cut into cubes
1 pear cored and cut into cubes
1 kiwi cored and cut into cubes
2 cups of strawberries hulled and cut in half
10 dried apricots sliced into strips
Cinnamon stick to taste
1 pineapple cored and cut into cubes

In a blender, puree 1/2 of the pineapple with the water and honey until it forms a juice
Distribute the remaining pineapple, other fruits, and cinnamon evenly in a refrigerator-friendly form
Drizzle with the juice
Cover the form with aluminum foil
Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
