1 fresh lingua
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 fresh lingua

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Cook the lingua in a pressure cooker, with enough water to cover it
When it starts boiling, count 50 minutes of cooking time
Remove from heat, let cool and peel the lingua, cutting it into slices
In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes
Add the lingua and cook until golden brown
Season with salt and black pepper
When golden, dust with flour, mix well
Add water and cook until thickened
Add parsley and lemon juice, mix
Remove immediately from heat
Serve with boiled potatoes cut into pieces and fried in butter
