2 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of chopped onion (40g)
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (35g)
Pumpkin seed sauce to taste
1 1/2 cups of cooked, drained, and chopped spinach (300g)

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Season the fish with half the salt and reserve
In a 20cm diameter microwave-safe dish, place the butter and onion
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the onion is tender
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, the remaining salt, pumpkin seed sauce, and spinach
Mix well
Place the fillets on a flat surface and distribute this mixture over them
Roll each fillet along its length and arrange the fish rolls around the edges of the dish. Reserve
In a small microwave-safe dish, place the olive oil and garlic
Microwave on medium for 1 minute and brush the fish rolls with this mixture
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with paprika
Cover with plastic wrap leaving a small opening and microwave on medium for 7 minutes
Wait an additional 3 minutes and serve with lemon slices
