6 cod fillets (or small fish) weighing approximately 100g each
2 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of chopped onion (40g)
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (35g)
Paprika sauce to taste
1 1/2 cups of cooked and chopped spinach (300g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, squeezed
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of sweet paprika or to taste

Season the fish with half the salt and set aside
In a 20cm diameter microwave-safe dish, place the butter and onion
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the onion is soft
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, remaining salt, paprika sauce, and spinach
Mix well
Place the fillets on a flat surface and distribute this mixture over them
Roll up each fillet lengthwise and arrange the fish rolls along the edges of the dish
Set aside
In a small microwave-safe dish, place the olive oil and garlic
Microwave on medium for 1 minute and brush the fish rolls with this mixture
Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sweet paprika
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small opening, and microwave on medium for 7 minutes
Wait for an additional 3 minutes before serving with lime wedges
