2 large fresh scallops, each cut into 3 slices
30g of fresh tuna steak diced into 1cm cubes
1/4 cup diced mango
1 piece of 1cm-diced ginger
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon mango puree
Lime juice
1 pinch of salt
Green salad mix
2 large fresh scallops, each cut into 3 slices

Mix all the ingredients, except for the seafood and greens
Taste to adjust the seasoning level
Pour the sauce over the scallops, gently stir and reserve for 3-5 minutes
Serve in a Martini glass with the green salad.
