Make a common tomato sauce or buy pre-made tomato sauce
Put the white wine in a pot with leek, onion, and garlic
Let it cook for about 5 minutes
Add the tomato sauce
Let it cook a bit longer
Add heavy cream
If the sauce is too thin, thicken it with potato starch dissolved in milk or water
