3/4 cup of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 finely chopped onions
1 kg of peeled and cleaned shrimp
2 onion slices
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
2 finger-sized hot peppers cut

Heat 3/4 cup of olive oil in a pan
Add the garlic and chopped onions, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently
Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 7 minutes, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes
Mix together the remaining onion slices, olive oil, vinegar, salt, mustard seeds, pepper, and hot peppers in a bowl
Add the shrimp and marinate
Let it rest for 24 hours, marinating several times
Serve chilled.
