Season the fillets with salt, parsley, and cilantro and coat them in wheat flour
In a large skillet, melt the butter with garlic over medium heat
Add the fillets, reduce the heat, and cook until golden brown on both sides (approximately 2 minutes per side)
Add the passionfruit juice mixed with water, increase the heat, and simmer for 1 minute
Remove, transfer to a dish, and decorate with passionfruit pulp
Serve immediately
