8 pork steaks (around 650g)
1 tablespoon of salt
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of pepper sauce
1/4 cup of soy sauce (60ml)
1/4 cup of vinegar (60ml)
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
2 tablespoons of honey
1/3 cup of water (80ml)
1 medium-sized mango, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes

In a 25 cm diameter refrigerator-safe container, season the pork steaks with salt
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the mango, and mix well
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, leaving a small gap, and microwave on high for 10 minutes
Remove, flip the pork steaks, cover, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes
Arrange the mango over the pork steaks and microwave for an additional minute
Serve immediately
