1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup honey

Mix the salt, orange zest, ginger, and pepper, then rub it all over the meat
Grease a baking sheet and place the meat in the oven at medium heat
Roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, brushing with orange juice halfway through, then mix the remaining orange juice with honey and continue brushing
Remove the meat from the oven and garnish with orange slices.
