Trim the pork loin, removing any excess fat
Make a few incisions with a knife to allow the seasonings to penetrate
Mix the remaining ingredients and let the pork loin marinate in this seasoning for one day to another, in the refrigerator
Roast in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting with hot water as needed, until the pork loin is cooked and golden brown
Serve accompanied by farofa
Serves approximately 15 slices.
