1 cup of pineapple, drained and cut into squares
1 green pepper, cut into squares

Cut the pork tenderloin into squares. Reserve
Beat the egg
Mix the flour and salt
Dredge the pork squares in the beaten egg and then in the flour mixture
Fry the meat in hot oil for 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove the meat from the frying pan and let it drain on paper towels
In a saucepan, mix the cornstarch, vinegar, pineapple juice, hot sauce, and soy sauce
Bring to a boil
Mix in the cornstarch and slowly add the sauce, stirring constantly until thickened
Add the meat, pineapple, and pepper
Mix well and serve
Serve 4 portions.
