500 g of lean pork loin
1 tablespoon of olive oil
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion (100 g), chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of English Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups of water (360 ml)
2 cans of cooked white beans, drained and rinsed (500 g)
1/2 cup of canned green beans (70 g)
1/3 cup of chopped scallion greens

In a baking dish, combine the pork loin, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and water
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap leaving a small opening and bake in medium heat for 20 minutes
Flip the meat over and cook for another 20 minutes or until it's tender
Transfer the pork to a serving dish and slice it
In the same baking dish, combine the white beans, green beans, and scallion greens
Cover and bake for an additional 2 minutes
Serve with the pork loin
