6 thin slices of beef or pork
salt and black pepper to taste
6 small fresh pork sausages (linguiça)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 can of tomato sauce

Sprinkle the beef with salt and black pepper
Place a linguica over each slice of beef
Roll up and secure with toothpicks or skewers
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet
Fry the rolls until they're cooked through on all sides
Add the tomato sauce
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let cook slowly until the beef is tender, turning occasionally
Remove the toothpicks before serving
Serve 6 portions.
