1/4 cup of olive oil
1 kg of beef, cleaned and cut into 3 cm cubes
2 kg of onion, sliced
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of hot paprika
3 liters of water
2 cups of macaroni Father-Nosso
Lemongrass for decoration
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 kg of beef, cleaned and cut into 3 cm cubes
2 kg of onion, sliced
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of hot paprika
3 liters of water
2 cups of macaroni Father-Nosso
Lemongrass for decoration
In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil
Add the beef, onion, salt, and fry, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the meat is browned
Add the paprika and 1 liter of water
Season with salt, cover the pot, and cook for 45 minutes (marked when the pot starts to clear)
While that's cooking, in a large pot with the remaining water, boil the macaroni for 10 minutes or until it's al dente
Drain and reserve
Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and let the beef release its juices
Check if the beef is tender (if it's still tough, let it cook for an additional 20 minutes)
Distribute the beef among eight ramekins, add the macaroni, decorate with lemongrass, and serve.
