1 kg of fresh pork loin
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar or dry white wine
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
5 large black olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 kg of fresh pork loin

Season the pork loin in a refrigerator with garlic, salt, black pepper, and vinegar
Wrap and microwave for 17 minutes at high power
Flip and microwave for an additional 17 minutes at high power
Remove the pork loin from the refrigerator and reserve
Leave the juices that formed in the refrigerator
Add lemon juice, olives, water, and parsley to it
Mix well and microwave at high power for 2 minutes
Return the pork loin to the refrigerator and baste with the gravy
Serve hot.
