Wash the potatoes and roughen them
In a large skillet, place the potato, add the remaining ingredients except for the water, and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon and adding the water gradually as needed, until the meat is tender (approximately 17 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately
