1.75 pounds of pork loin

1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup of powdered sugar or common sugar
2 tablespoons of mustard

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°F)
Make 6 or 8 diagonal cuts, not too deep, on the surface of the pork loin and place a slice of garlic in each one
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and bake in a baking dish for 1/2 hour
Mix all the ingredients for the orange glaze well and brush it over the pork loin
Bake the pork loin again for another 40 minutes, brushing it with the glaze from time to time
Serve in quarters.
