In a processor, grind the pork chops, onion, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, pepper sauce, cinnamon, honey, cucumber, and bell pepper

Add the mixture of pork and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat browns (around 10 minutes)
Add the water, stir, and let it simmer
Remove from heat and add chopped parsley
