Melt the butter
Combine the orange juice, grated zest, garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce to taste, along with the oregano
Mix well
Rub the pork loin with salt and pepper to taste
Place the pork loin in a baking dish coated with butter and pour the orange mixture over it
Bake in a moderate oven until the meat is tender, basting frequently with the pan juices
If desired, cut the pork loin into slices without separating them
Serve with an orange slice on each piece
