Cook the dried meat in a pressure cooker for about 40 minutes or until tender
Drain the liquid and reserve

Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the okra cubes without breaking them, adding the vegetable broth gradually

Add the cooked dried meat, the remaining vegetable broth, and the green beans
Cook for another 10 minutes and turn off the heat
Sprinkle with scallion and serve with rice.
