Cube the beef into 2 cm pieces
Heat the oil in a fondue pot (on the kitchen stove) and keep it very warm at the table over the burner
To serve, each person pokes a piece of meat onto a fork and dips it into the hot oil, leaving it to cook until desired
After removing from the skewer, grab with a fork and dip into one of the sauces that accompanies the fondue

Variation - Chicken Fondue: Use boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3 cm cubes
Fry in hot oil and serve with sauces.
